Healed In Wholeness

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

Hello Beautiful Soul,

Welcome to Healed in Wholeness.

My mission is to assist African American business owners in getting back to the basics of soul care through interactive workshops, one-on-one sessions, and inspiring conferences. I walk alongside you so no one has to feel as though they are walking alone.

My focus is on providing a safe place for rest, rejuvenation, and renewal as we gather together with the goal of whole healing in mind.

Alongside the workshops I also offer a youth serviced culture club where African American children can come and learn the history of their people in a fun and engaging way.

Welcome to the best part of your journey; the well-worn path back to authentic joy and peace of mind!

Permission to Pause

Welcome to the inner world of renewal!

Here you will gather tools and set your own path as we explore the beauty within our everyday lives through the lens of intentional rest.

  • This workshop holds space for participants to connect with other women, pause for reflection, set their intentions, and affirm their way to a more connected experience with the Divine guidance within.

When we take the time to pause, we embody an active resistance to the crippling effects of stress.

Sweet Embrace

Sweet Embrace is a journaling workshop for teens which focuses on providing a safe space for trauma informed creative exploration of everyday life.

Here we utilize journal writing as a creative way of connecting deeply with the inner truths and life lessons found within our experiences.

  • By being a voice of empowerment through creative expressions, this workshop aids in expanding consciousness, cultivating confidence, shaping identity, and promoting personal growth.

Ubuntu Club

Ubuntu Club is a cultural club for youth ages 8-12 to meet on a weekly basis for creative exploration of History.

Through hands-on-projects, discussions, and curiosity, this club will create a stronger cultural foundation for generations to come.

  • An interactive and engaging cultural club for African American youth.

  • Bridging the cultural gap between past and present for the cultivation of a unified future.  â€‹
